PRODUCTION AREA
It comes from vineyards on the hills of the province of Treviso that are in a privileged position for growing this vine variety.
Grape variety: Glera.
TECHNOLOGY
Sound grapes in good conditions are softly pressed. The must is then cleared and the subsequent fermentation is done under continuous control. The foam is removed from the base wine at controlled temperature. Stabilisation and sterile cold bottling.
The characteristic cork with string is an old tradition.

Perlage: fine and persistent.
Colour: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: fruity and characteristic.
Taste: harmonious, fresh and typical.
