Aglione sauce from Val Di Chiana - 280 gr

The classic tomato-based dressing, Aglione della Val di Chiana (Allium ampeloprasum var. Holmense) 5% and extra-virgin olive oil 6%.

To enhance the taste of the garlic, add just a hint of chilli and white wine.

It is suitable both on crostini and with all types of pasta, even fresh such as Pici, a typical pasta from the Sienese area.
