Tasting Notes

The Jonico is a red of negroamaro grapes with a ruby red color and a good consistency.

On the nose it conveys the typical hints of Negroamaro, such as blackberry, violet and sour cherry in alcohol.

Light hints of wood can be recognized, typical of the short aging in 2 'and 3' passage barriques.

The wine on the palate is quite fresh and persuasive with strong tannins, without being aggressive or lapping. Ideal for the whole meal.
