Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and conveyed into cylindrical fermenters that promote the breaking of the grape during fermentation. This system ensures greater contact between must and skins by increasing the extraction of polyphenols. The maceration times are 4 weeks. After fermentation, the wine is placed in large barrels for a maturation of 12 months.
Organoleptic sensations: enveloping and complex with notes of marasca cherry, kirsch, ripe blackberry. Scents of wet earth, coffee powder, tobacco and licorice. The finish is juicy and persistent.
