Olive oil was obtained through a refining process that removed the initial acidity, unwanted aromas and the restoration of a slight aromatic component through a controlled addition of virgin material.
With this procedure we have obtained a product particularly suitable for every use in the kitchen, even the most extreme such as frying, since it guarantees excellent heat resistance (it has the same smoke point as extra virgin olive oil) without transferring it to the aromas which, however good they may be, may not be desired.
It is also excellent for the preservation of food (vegetables and mushrooms in oil) as well as for the preparation of various types of carp.
