It is made with the vine type bearing the same name produced on the hills and on the neighbouring plain of the Province of Treviso.
Grape variety: Glera.

Vinification off the skins of the sound and mellow grapes refrigeration and must cleaning, thermo-conditioned fermentation, preservation of the pleasant wine at low temperature. All this allows keeping the typical fruity flavour of the sparkling wine that otherwise would desappear.

Colour: pale straw yellow, bright.
Bouquet: intense, characteristic fruity flavour.
Taste: fresh, harmonious, inviting.
