Obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes of the Val de Brun Estate

Average production: 70/80 q/he.
Grape variety: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
Growing technique: Sylvoz/Guyot.
TECHNOLOGY
Cavazzani Lungo method: second fermentation inside autoclaves at low temperature (14/16°C) lasts approximately 45/50 days, followed by storage in contact with the dregs at 6/8°C for 12 months. Bottling and ageing inside bottles for 12 months enhance the character of this wine.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Perlage: fine and lively.
Colour: golden yellow.
Bouquet: elegant, fine, reminds of toasted peanuts, acacia honey and vanilla.
Taste: dry, full-bodied, with strong fruity hints.
