Sauvignon is one of the grapes from which some of the best white wines of Friuli are made. Fresh and aromatic, this wine has intense and refined aromas, with strong vegetal hints. From the land of Borgo Magredo, it absorbs a pleasant minerality, which emphasizes the vibrant freshness of a wine that is always pleasant and never banal.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot
VINIFICATION: the de-stemmed grapes are subjected to cold maceration inside the presses, in total absence of oxygen, so that the aromas of the grapes are not affected. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where the wine is then aged for a period of at least 4 months.
COLOR: Pale yellow, crystalline, with marked greenish reflections.
BOUQUET: Full of intense aromatic and fresh, with delicate notes of elderberry, nettle and blueberry.
TASTE: Delicate body, characterized by a pleasant sensation of fine and harmonious acidity and a good persistence on the palate.
SERVICE: Serve at a temperature around 10 ° -12 ° C, in large glasses.
PAIRINGS: Seafood appetizers, shellfish, aubergine and courgette-based side dishes. Also excellent on fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
