Designation of origin

The wine symbol of the Friulian wine culture comes from the vineyards of Tocai Friulano over 20 years old, cultivated with Sylvoz and with yields that do not exceed 60 quintals of grapes per hectare.

The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September and are immediately destemmed and cryomacerated, in order to preserve their primary aromas. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks follows, followed by a refinement, always in steel, which lasts for 4 months.

At sight the wine is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The glass releases intense aromas, with delicate nuances of wild flowers, almond, wisteria and white pepper. In the mouth it shows good structure and excellent balance between fruit and minerality. A pleasant aftertaste of aromatic herbs combines the typical almond note characteristic of the vine.

Serve at a temperature around 10 ° -12 ° C, in large glasses.
