"Casale Daviddi" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with olives from the Tuscan hills of Montepulciano. The varieties are typical of our production area: Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo. Harvesting takes place in November. The olives, hand-picked and selected, are brought to the mill within 24 hours after harvesting in order to guarantee immediate crushing and cold extraction.

 

The product obtained is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an intense flavor, a bouquet rich in aromas and a balanced, intense, soft, persistent and pleasantly spicy taste.

 

We recommend using it as a condiment on salads, vegetables and side dishes but also on typical dishes such as "ribollita", legume soups and grilled red meats.
