Gin dry Castelgreve comes from a careful selection of botanicals that have always been present in our wonderful Chianti landscape.

In tasting the fine resinous note of Juniper is immediately perceived followed by a marked citrus note given by the lemon and sweet orange peel. You can recognize the spiciness of black pepper and the elegant Mediterranean nuance of thyme and sage.
