Complex, the aromatic bouquet reveals itself gradually and discreetly before revealing all its concentration. The smoky and mineral notes fill the nose before giving way to the expression of the fruit. Notes of yellow summer fruit then appear, evoking apricot, quince, blueberry or fresh almond. On the palate, the attack brings out all the tension and freshness of this champagne. Greedy notes of summer fruit cover the palate giving a sensation of delicious softness. With the characteristic firmness and freshness of Gaston Cheq, the finish lingers on saline notes.
