ORGANIC RASPBERRY

The raspberry grows wild on the edges of mountain woodlands, along the banks of rivers and in pastures as high as 2,000 metres in altitude and is grown in mild regions all over the world. Its use as an edible fruit dates back to the times of the ancient Greeks and Romans. Its high vitamin C content means raspberries are known for their anti inflammatory effects on the respiratory system. They also play an important role in preventing high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases, lowering cholesterol and are also known for their anti tumour qualities.
