Vinification: Natural. In the vineyard we work following the principles, processes and methods that Nature uses for itself. Vinified and elevated in cement without the addition of yeasts and any other additive and adjuvant. No chemical parameters have been adjusted. Not filtered, not clarified, not aged in wood.
Aging: 18 months in cement and glass.
