Vinified and elevated in cement without the addition of yeasts and any other additive and adjuvant. No chemical parameters have been adjusted. Not filtered, not clarified, not aged in wood.

Aging: 57 months in cement and glass.

No foods, ingredients, adjuvants, manufacturing auxiliaries of animal origin were used. Furthermore, technological aids, filters, membranes and other manufacturing aids of animal origin were not used in the entire production cycle.
