EVO (or extra virgin olive oil) is obtained from healthy olives and is extracted from them only by mechanical procedures without any chemical intervention.

Our oils are obtained only from olives which, at the right point of ripeness, are harvested directly from the plant without touching the ground. This type of harvest is immediately followed by the subsequent extraction phase to safeguard the highest level of quality.

Today the Montemurlo farm is managed by Felice Curcetti and has about 18,000 plants ranging from the typical leccino, moraiolo and frantoio, to the native Il Moro and La Bianca di Cicignano.

The latter are two olive cultivars, recognized as varieties in their own right, typical of Cicignano (fraction of Montemurlo) grown in the FELICE AGRICOLTURA Organic Farm and pressed in variable percentages to obtain an oil that is more unique than rare, characterized by a taste decisive, typical of the Tuscan product.

In addition to oil, the farm produces wheat, spelled, eggs, flour, pickles, pasta, rice and many other products, all exclusively from ORGANIC agriculture.
