This high-quality wine comes from vineyards grown in the Piave region. Because of their consistency, the gravely soils of alluvial origin along the river Piave deliver excellent wine.
Grape variety: Cabernet.

Vinification is tipically on the skins, but with a strong maceration before the fermentation, that becomes lighter when it reaches an alcohol content of 5-6 % vol.. This procedure allows the extraction of the colouring substances and the flavours typical of grapes and guarantees a product with a limited content of tannin and unwanted substances.

Colour: ruby, bright.
Bouquet: intense, typical, pleasant.
Taste: soft, with a touch of wild and herbaceous typical of this vine, full, with a full body.
