La Perla Vino Rosato ad Indicazione Geografica Tipica Toscana

PERLA, Rosato Toscano from the Casale Daviddi Company, has a beautiful intense pink color with shades tending towards purple. On the palate it is a fresh and savory wine, easy to drink, with characteristic fruit aromas.

Grape variety: Sangiovese

Harvest period: end of September

Winemaking techniques: At the time of harvest, a selection was made of the grapes from the vineyards of Abbadia di Montepulciano, Acquaviva and Gracciano.

The bunches were then de-stemmed and subjected to a brief maceration for a period of about 18 hours at a temperature not exceeding 18 ° C.

Drawing off and inoculation of selected yeasts with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C in order to obtain a fresh, fruity and harmonious wine.

Refinement techniques: All processing and refinement phases take place in steel.

Suggested pairings: Aperitifs, first courses based on fish, white meat dishes and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of around 8-10 ° C.
