WILD ORGANIC BLUEBERRY

The blueberry is a sour-tasting berry typical of mountain forests, In fact, it grows in the forests all over Europe up to an altitude of 2,300 m. Blueberries contain lots of minerals such as calcium, manganese and phosphorus. They are extremely rich in vitamin C and A, as well as in carotenoids. Anthocyanins, water soluble pigments in the flavonoid family, give the blueberry its characteristic deep blue colour and are precious elements for the health of our circulatory system.
