Tenores Romangia IGT Dettori in Badde Nigolosu

The Tenores displays a seductive transparent ruby mantle tending to garnet.

The energy of the aromatic bouquet exudes from the glass, evoking vivid aromas of marasca cherry in alcohol, black cherry, bramble flowers, dark caramel, coffee and cinnamon blossom, adorned with soft hints of tar and chilli chocolate.

The correspondence on the palate is exemplary, where satisfying softness, decisive freshness and incisive sapidity coexist in harmony together with noble and enveloping tannins. The closure lasts for a long time on balsamic and chocolaty sensations that invite to new tastings.

Pure expression capable of revealing a snappy agility despite the imposing structure, in an articulated and vibrant combination of extraordinary territoriality.

Pairings: Tenores is configured as a distinctly gastronomic red, to be enhanced at the table with succulent and spicy preparations based on red meats, game and game, as well as with long-aged cheeses and cured meats and particularly rich and tasty offal dishes.
