Aged between 20 and 25 years, whose yield is deliberately kept within 65 quintals of grapes per hectare.
The grapes, harvested within the first ten days of September, are destemmed and the skins remain in contact with the musts for 4 days from the harvest, in special temperature-controlled fermenters. After soft pressing, the musts complete fermentation in steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation is also carried out. Part of the wine refines briefly to fix the color and increase longevity. Follows on yeasts for at least three months.
In the glass the wine shows a beautiful intense ruby red, intriguing to the nose for the intense aromas of berries, which then fade into a slight spicy note. The sip is initially soft, to then open to its enveloping and elegant character.
Serve at a temperature around 18 ° C, in large glasses.
