Molinara Spumante Rosè

A native vine of Valpolicella, which has always been included in the disciplinary of its famous wines. Hers is an ancient story to tell: the name derives from the dialectal mulinare (from mill), due to the presence of bloom that wraps the skin of its berries, almost as if they were dusted with flour. As custodians and innovators of the territory, in Costa Arènte today it is vinified in purity, making it sparkling rosé, to create a wine capable of interpreting the new frontier in Valpantena: freshness and an evolving tradition.
