MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION In steel vats AGEING 50% in steel vats and 50% in oak barrels by 25 hl for 12 months. Refinement in bottle for about 3 months

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES The color is red intense ruby with purplish reflexes, from young, curtains to the red pomegranate with the ageing. The perfume is intense and articulated a great deal: mature cherries, plum, violet, with a discreet spices. In mouth freshness and softness are perceivable and they create a notable agreeability. Already good after one year from the vintage, he still benefits of a further period of refinement in bottle, to complete character of it and personality.
