Harvest: the grapes selected for vinification in rosé are harvested in September.

Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and conveyed into the press. The environment is inertized with carbon snow so that the primary fragrances are not lost, followed by a 6 hours cryomaceration. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15 °. After fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees for a few months in order to increase its structure.

Organoleptic sensations: floral with hints of rose, notes of red pine nuts, wild strawberries, currant and raspberry. Full flavor, typical of the Montepulciano vine, stands out with pleasant freshness and intense minarality.
