Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oleificio Gargnano

The oil with its organoleptic characteristics is extracted from the native plant of the Alto Garda of the Casaliva variety which produces 95% green olives, as well as from the Leccino and Toscano varieties.

Very low acidity due to the immediate pressing of the olive immediately after being harvested, it has a golden green color, the flavor is light fruity with a balanced fragrance of artichoke, almond and wild chicory.
