Coming exclusively from olives grown and pressed in Tuscany in compliance with the specification.
Tuscany offers a huge variety of oils, from the most intense to the most delicate. Ours is very typical, with complex aromatic notes and medium fruity. We recommend it for the raw dressing of soups, ribollita, grilled meats, etc. etc.
