A prince of elegance among the red grape varieties, it comes from vineyards between the ages of 20 and 25, cultivated directly by company agronomists. Raised with Guyot, the vines produce a maximum of 55 quintals of grapes per hectare, so as to obtain grapes of the highest quality.
The grapes, harvested around the first week of September, are destemmed and the skins remain in contact with the must for 5 days before being pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel containers kept at a controlled temperature. Part of the wine completes the malolactic fermentation in barriques and then it is blended with the wine which is aged in steel. Follows bottling and resting in glass for at least two months.
In the glass the wine shows a beautiful red not particularly intense, as is typical of Pinot Noir. The aromas emanating from the glass are intense, of small red berries, cherries and violet of the field. In the mouth it has good structure and is easy on the palate for its softness and roundness. Balanced in every component, it has a good persistence and an excellent aromatic quality.
Serve at a temperature around 18 ° C, in large glasses.
